To receive assistance from James 1:27 Foundation, individuals residing in the Winchester area must complete an application and send it to: Melissa Kerns, Executive Director, James 1:27 Foundation, P.O. Box 781, Winchester, VA 22604. Applications may be requested over the phone (540) 667-1027 or by filling out the
online application.
